Goat and fish farming  is a very good profitable farming method. In this integration system  Goat can be reared in either in  bank of pond or in elevated goat house constructed over water surface. Dung and urine and waste feed are channelized in to pond which helps in plankton production and food for fish. Fifty number of goats can be reared per hector  of  pond. Pond slit can be utilized for fodder cultivation of goats. Effective utilization of goat  farm waste can reduce  production cost of fish.

This farming method has several advantages
1-Organic wastes produced in dairy farm can be utilized both for fodder cultivation and peasciculture
2-Waste feed of dairy farm can be utilized as food for fishes
2-The cow dung  and urine can be utilized for  production of both phyto and zoo planktons
3-cow dung is also a good feed  for  the filter-feeding and omnivorous fishes. This reduces input  cost of fish pond.
3-This system effectively utilizes organic waste hence prevents pollution
4-Pond slit can be utilized for fodder cultivation.
5-Farmer gets fish prawn and milk from one farm.
6- Risk factor is  less in this system of farming since one loss incurred in one farming  can be compensated by the other.
